DAY 50 - May 12, 2010
Our Interest rate lock expired today, we were very lucky the rates have been going down over the last week and we got a new lower rate lock. We have been working with a great mortgage company and they have been taking good care of us. A lot has been accomplished today on our punch list, I did have to turn the master water line on myself since my new yard was burning up. It needed water bad.
The grass and landscaping were burning up.
The third car garage door lock was installed, we're not going to have a door opener for that door.
The Rain Gutters are on the house
We need the rain gutters, a storm is coming

What are your plans for the back yard?
Backyard, will have grass, a garden and trampoline.
