DAY 37 - The House is moving fast, we have linoleum flooring and cabinets.

DAY 37 - Apr 29, 2010

We have cabinets, linoleum flooring, garage doors, and roof tiles on the back of the house. The front yard sprinkling system being installed, with the rest of the landscaping tomorrow.

DAY 36 - Painting of the inside is complete, applying the final stucco coat and paint has begun and will be finnish today.

The two tone paint has been applied and now the doors and base boards have been painted the correct color

DAY 35 - The fresh paint is drying, but the inside was only painted with one tone. Oops

10 days left for Salisbury Homes to make their 45 day promise.

The gray roof tile has been removed

I checked the house this afternoon and found the inside painted, but it was all one tone. We ordered two tone paint. The painters have to let the paint dry and then start re-masking, for the baseboards, frames and doors to be repainted.

The doors all were painted the wrong color

DAY 31 - We have concrete, the Driveway, Patio, Walks and Pads

The Drive way looks Great, the edges and middle between the two garages is Stamped.

DAY 30 - Mudded, Concrete forms in place for Driveway, Walks, Patio and AC pads. Roof-We have a problem, Wrong tile!

Happy Earth Day, we had another bad weather day, cold and wet.

The Driveway and walks are ready for concrete

We have a roof color problem, Yes the color was wrong it was too Gray.

They'll be removing the Gray tile tomorrow and installing the correct Brown Blend.

The house looks great inside, the walls are completely mudded

DAY 29 - Roofing continues, sanding the tapping inside, prepping for Mud, and Rocking has begun on the outside

DAY 28 - We have our base layer of Stucco and Roofing has begun

Roofing, Stucco and bad weather. The wind is blowing 30mph with rain and cold coming.

This is the base stucco layer, the house will not be this color.

The roof tile is called Brown blend. Right now it looks really gray, but we have been told that it is the right color and when it is fully installed with the stucco painted it will look brown.
